Guarantee Statement

Products:

We at Datatech pride ourselves in providing quality products and services.  However there are some times where these products are found to have faults in them.  We do everything in our power to keep you happy as a customer.

Our products are all under manufacturer's warranty, and so any defective parts may be replaced or repaired in accordance to such warranties.  Datatech Consulting also provides extended warranties on some of our custom made products.  Each product comes with its own warranty, please make sure to read the warranty for the product we have provided you.

If you have purchased the items from DTC, and the warranty has expired, we at DTC will provide you a replacement for the defected part at a discounted rate, no questions asked.

Services:

Datatech Consulting is a customer oriented firm.  We like to see our customers happy.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with our services, we at DTC will do everything in our power to rectify any shortcomings we might have had.

For large projects we have certain targets which we set and make sure when each target is reached that the customer is satisfied with the work so far.  This is continued until the work is complete, and the customer is satisfied.

If there is a point in time during the project where the customer is not satisfied, work is done until the customer is happy.  We do not continue work until YOU say you are satisfied.

If you are still not content with the services we have provided, DTC will refund you 50% of the payments on the work that has been done, and 100% of the products as long as the products have not been used.

Again, we're not satisfied until you are!
